• 1996 Creation of Net Concept, subsidiary specialized in Internet solutions
• 1999 Creation Services ATCI, subsidiary specialized in Services
• 2002 ATD develops its office based at Montesson by doubling its surface
• 2005 Creation of a new subsidiary (ATD Security) dedicated to installation and safeguarding of multimedia equipments
